Our Story

LITFIRE was founded by Christopher L. Jones ; owner of Spottswood Hospitality Group. Chris has always liked to eat, drink, and soak up culture through Traveling. Spending Time living  in Miami as well as owning a Peruvian restaurant formerly known as Pisco 305, inspired him to open this Caribbean - Peruvian fusion Restaurant, with featured menu items from Pisco 305. Litfire is a place where people from all over can meet to enjoy our special dishes and comfortable atmosphere.
